The Argent Pepper store is hosted on Squarespace and provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
The information displayed on the website is correct to the best of our knowledge at time of publication. However, Argent Pepper gives no guarantees, warranties or assurances of any kind that the site is error-free and reserves the right to make modifications at any time without prior notification.
PRIVACY
We will not divulge or pass on your email address, postal address or telephone number to any other company. We may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
We design, make and sell individually crafted artisan products and digital prints via this website.
All our work is unique. Handmade items are individually created and may vary slightly in final shape and size, giving them that wonderful uniqueness that is so hard to find on the high street today. Artworks and posters are produced from unique digital designs before printing. All images, product descriptions and dimensions are approximate and may vary.
PAYMENTS
All transactions are in £ Sterling. We accept all major credit cards. Payments are taken via Stripe, Paypal or Apple Pay.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 3-5 working days, however, due to the nature of handmade items at times there may be delays. We will contact you if dispatch will take longer than 10 working days with estimated delivery dates. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones, however, if your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or arrange a full refund.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries: If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for some reason you require a refund, please email us within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned in unused original condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returned items, and we recommend a signed for service as we are unable accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of goods returned will be refunded within 7 days of safe receipt here.
We carefully check and package all items, but if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph clearly showing the damage to the item, along with the packaging.
Please note that used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged (statutory rights not affected).
